Cliff Branch caught this pass just past the 40-yard line and jammed on the brakes before side-stepping to elude a New Orleans defender and cut the ball upfield. He accelerated past two more and won a long footrace to the end zone for a 66-yard touchdown. He followed that up with a tough grab on a slant in the red zone, where he powered past the goal line for another score. He caught seven passes for 126 yards and two touchdowns in the game on his way to helping the Raiders earn a 42-35 road win over the Saints on Dec. 3, 1979.
