Rookie Jets receiver Keyshawn Johnson came into the 1996 NFL Season with a ton of hype after being selected with the first overall pick in that year's draft, and in his NFL debut, he showed a flash of the potential that had the New York fanbase so excited. Running a deep route down the right side, Johnson split multiple defenders and made a great over-the-shoulder grab for a gain of 50 yards, marking the first catch of his NFL career. The big play was Johnson's only entry in the box score in this one, as the Jets would go on to fall to the Broncos, 31-6, on Sept. 1, 1996.
