Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar came to play in this Divisional Round matchup between Cleveland and Buffalo. After falling behind in the first quarter, Kosar kicked off the scoring in the second quarter with a bang, heaving a deep ball down the left sideline that was caught for a 52-yard score. Later, he went on two add two more touchdown passes, one from three yards out, and another from 44 yards out, with the Cleveland passing offense proving difficult to slow down. Kosar ultimately threw for 251 yards and three touchdowns in this one, as the Browns beat the Bills, 34-30, on Jan. 6, 1990.
