Lockdown defense was certainly in effect during Wild Card Weekend’s Sunday nighter, but it was only inevitable that at some point, Kayshon Boutte and his star quarterback would connect on a meaningful downfield play. As if knowing the Bolts were too close for comfort on the scoreboard, Boutte went to the skies himself for a nifty route and catch, accompanied by enough speed to secure a 42-yard play.
