Rookie running back Jahmyr Gibbs put together a strong performance in Detroit's mid-December matchup with the Broncos, scoring both through the air and on the ground. First, he ran a great route to create space near the goal line, hauled in the pass, and crossed into the end zone for a score. Later, he took a pitch out left, accelerated by the defense, and then powered his way through contact to finish the touchdown run.
