Much more well-known for his ability to get to the quarterback, Raiders defensive lineman Greg Townsend made a sensational play on the ball here, reaching up behind him to defend the pass that was headed out to the running back in the flat. The ball deflected upwards, and Townsend was able to bring it down in stride, nearly taking the ball into the end zone but was stopped just short of the goal line. The Raiders would ultimately fall to the Chiefs in this one, however, losing 24-21 on Oct. 28, 1991.
