Making his first start of the season in Week 3, Panthers quarterback Andy Dalton was eager to take hold of the job and level up the Carolina offense moving forward. Already up 14-7 in the second quarter of this matchup versus the Raiders, Dalton showed that his 37 year-old arm still has plenty of life in it, as he dropped back to pass and then fired a laser down the field, which was hauled in by his veteran receiver for a 31-yard score.
