Slowly beginning to establish an identity on the ground with two different runners finding success, the Jacksonville Jaguars, in one of the new season’s biggest drives, decided to give the rock to Tank Bigsby. Prepared to try his hand at a breakthrough in Year Two, Bigsby set off on his NFL career’s longest play to date, taking a third-and-short handoff from his teammate before taking off into a blur for an explosive 58-yard run. Jacksonville would fall in a 24-20 nailbiter in Week 4’s game against the Houston Texans, but Bigsby was nonetheless superb, turning seven carries into 90 yards on Sept. 29, 2024.
