In this huge NFC North matchup between two of the NFL's best teams, it was always going to be the stars who were the decided factor. In the end, it was Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs who may have made the most emphatic statement in this back-and-forth affair, scoring on a ridiculous 45-yard touchdown run early in the second quarter before adding another score just before halftime that extended Detroit's lead. Gibbs finished this one with 160 yards of total offense, with 116 yards and two touchdowns coming on the ground, and 44 more yards coming on four catches. Detroit would ultimately be victorious in this one, as well, as they beat the Vikings, 31-29, in an instant-classic on Oct. 20, 2024.
